Ahhhh Bollocks...

I had an uberly cool vision of this picture, but it didn't turn out as cool as I hoped it would. Bah. Anyway, this is my rendition of a sdene in the Remus/Sirius fic : Teacher's Pet ([link] ) by Cobalt Violet. It's such a good story and I'm enjoying it so far, so I decided I'd try and draw this scene from it.

I don't think I should ever attempt digital art ever again. It's too haaaaaaaaard...(But I'm too lazy to colour my pictures with pencils - which is all I have right now - no paints!!!

)

Anyway, the background was murder, because I tried to not make it too dark - I think I failed there.

And I had to use Fiddler on the Roof pictures to get the silhouette right. Even though I'm a fiddler myself, I just couldn't get the pose right without some guidelines.

lol, i don't think you made the sky too dark, and you definitely did a bang up job with the computer coloring. it's always hard at first! check out my computer peices, they're done ENTIERLY with mouse; line work and everything. all you need it the patience, cause you've got the talent.

Awwwww! Thank you! I used the mouse for everything as well (apart from the lineart) so I kinda know what you mean. Wah...will have to practice using the computer to colour in. But thanks again!

Hey, good work, this CG isn't bad at all! Really has suspense. The only thing I would suggest is maybe shrinking it down a tad so it's easier to take in ^^
