GOOD:
You followed the physical description well, and really did something with her outfit. The hairpins are a nice touch and adds detail. You also got the multiple arms to work, which is a real pain I imagine. The colors of the outfit go well, and make her eyes stand out.
TO IMPROVE:
Nothing really. I think you enjoy art, so keep practicing!
THOUGHTS:
It'd have been nice to see her with a snowboard (or snowboarding) to go with her skills - and it would have let you do more with her anatomy/appearance. Some display of her mystic powers would be nice.
But alas, I decided to forego those details then. XD But I think it's definitely a project to consider in the future.
Teehee...just a littlle info. I had so much fun drawing her! Though I usually cringe at the thought of drawing hands, the four arms were just too appealing to draw!
